Julie Tepe Warden is Director of Client Services at Centennial, Inc., a firm specializing in retained search, executive recruiting, and talent consulting. She coaches results-driven, growth-oriented client companies on building their organizations through the acquisition and retention of key leaders and talent. Julie brings more than twelve years in the professional services industry and an innate ability to build and maintain productive relationships with leaders and high level talent to help clients change and grow their organizations.
Before becoming Centennial’s Director of Client Services, Julie worked at Resources Global Professionals where she built relationships with C-level clients and provided project based consulting talent to assist clients with special projects in areas including accounting and finance, information management, audit/risk/compliance, and supply chain management. Julie is a trusted business partner, a relationship magnet, and an active listener. Her passion is connecting leaders with top talent and resources to improve their careers, businesses, and personal lives.
Julie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Xavier University with concentrations in both Marketing and Business Administration. She believes that open communication and human connections are at the core of all success!
Julie’s current role at Centennial includes new business development, existing business growth, building and maintaining relationships with client leaders and professionals in transition, and connecting clients and candidates with the goals of organizational growth and professional fulfillment.
Julie lives in Cincinnati where you’ll find her attending Reds, Bengals, and XU games, enjoying the up-and-coming dining scene, and chasing around her three children.
