Margo’s Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which includes extensive research on family businesses, has given her unique insights on succession planning, whether or not family members are included in that plan. Furthermore, her thorough study of the importance of company culture gives her unique insights when evaluating recruiting projects.
