Todd Markle is a driven HR leader with extensive experience in talent management and talent acquisition.  He has enjoyed a career full of successes in talent acquisition, organization development, learning and development, HR technologies, employee engagement, performance management, diversity, and HR business partnering. Todd has been working with Centennial and the Talent Magnet Institute, Centennial’s consulting firm, since February of 2018.

During his 2 decades of upward mobility at Nielsen, he achieved significant accomplishments that included leading North America Talent Acquisition with a team of 35 talent acquisition leaders.  Additionally, during his 20+ year tenure at Nielsen, Todd managed and/or led functions including professional recruitment, sourcing, executive search, university recruitment, employment branding and operations. He also led Nielsen’s University Recruitment function across the US with 400+ hires annually.

In 2017, Todd launched Hello Hire, an organization focused on candidate experience. Its mission is to help clients attract outstanding talent by providing distinctively better candidate experience. He works with organizations to improve their recruitment strategy, employment branding, and candidate experience optimization.
