We are excited to announce the Executive Pathways Program that provides a free and confidential pipeline targeting black and underrepresented talent in the middle and executive job space.
Centennial has partnered with the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio to increase diverse and inclusive leadership pipelines.
This partnership supports individuals to rise to their fullest potential and remove barriers between professionals and organizations. There has been so much intentional focus of this partnership and excited for the word to begin spreading across our regions and beyond.
