This critical position was created to support Watson’s exponential business growth, increasing online presence, and expansion plans. Ryder brings extensive retail industry operations experience to Watson’s, having most recently worked as an executive for an online, direct-to-consumer retailer, and previously for a high end outdoor furniture company. Ryder has extensive expertise in all facets of retail operations, including fulfillment, distribution, logistics, customer service, and warehouse/distribution center management.
