“I love to listen and learn” says Becky Scheeler, VP of Client Engagement at Centennial. Getting to know you, your company’s goals and providing solutions and strategies is what excites her. Becky works diligently to assess challenges, opportunities, and key elements of strategy at privately held, publicly traded, international, and family businesses. Using Centennial’s 4C Recruiting Process, Becky partners with growth minded organizations and helps leaders be better leaders.

Companies partner with Centennial and Becky to attract, recruit and retain top leaders across multiple leadership roles in all industries. Aligning the right candidates with their clients’ Culture, Character, Chemistry and Competencies to achieve the goal of the role is what Scheeler loves to do. It’s a lot of up-front communication, dialogue and digging deep to know who is going to be the “right” next leader. Sometimes the conversations are tough, but the trust that is built and the resulting client satisfaction and long-term retention is what makes it very rewarding.

Becky is a loving wife, mom of 3 boys, daughter and sister.
She currently sits on the board of L.I.F.E, GETDOT and is a trained Stephen Minister. Becky is an active volunteer with Cincinnati Works, Impact 100 and her church.
Lives in Loveland, Ohio and enjoys to be out in nature with family and friends.
