Lauren earned a Master’s degree in Xavier University’s renowned Industrial and Organizational Psychology program. Within that program, Lauren made her mark, extensively researching numerous topics, including the use of employment assessment tools. Her knowledge and fresh viewpoints assist clients and candidates in ensuring “right” fit.
