With decades of experience consulting with businesses nationwide, Melanie is known for her ability to unlock human potential and help leaders build thriving, future-ready workplace cultures.
A best-selling author of multiple books, including Conscious Culture, Melanie also created Cards for Culture, an innovative game that helps companies assess their cultural landscape and create actionable roadmaps for improvement. Her approach to “gamifying culture” equips organizations to measure, discuss, and improve culture in practical, engaging ways – helping more teams join the “Elite 10%” of businesses that recognize culture as a core driver of success.
Her methodology moves beyond quick fixes and one-off workshops; she helps leaders build sustainable strategies that strengthen employee retention, unlock engagement, and elevate customer relationships. Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati (both in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.) She’s also an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati. Blending her academic foundation with extensive real-world consulting, she delivers practical, research-backed solutions tailored to each client’s unique challenges.
When she’s not helping organizations thrive, Melanie can usually be found cheering for her 3 children at fields and courts across Cincinnati with her husband.
