Mike Sipple, Jr.

Mike Sipple, Jr. is a visionary leader, author, speaker, and entrepreneur focused on leadership, succession, and talent development.  He is focused on unlocking human potential through two businesses supporting hundreds of brands with worldwide reach, the content he creates, the research being conducted under his leadership and his daily interactions.

Mike is the CEO of Centennial, Inc., a highly respected 49-year-strong executive search firm. As the CEO, he and his team help organizations build and develop transformative leadership teams. Globally recognized as experts in leadership and ownership succession planning. Centennial is on a mission to help organizations hire exceptional leadership; Mike leads a world-class team with a reputation for delivering results in talent acquisition for key leaders.

Mike is also the CEO and co-founder of The Talent Magnet Institute (TMI), an organization dedicated to developing talent and building highly effective teams. Through TMI, thousands of people are advancing their leadership abilities, focusing on self-care, and improving as hiring managers. Teams are learning, utilizing tools provided, and engaging more intentionally through the resources, technology, learning journeys, and the coaches, advisors, and strategists dedicated to supporting their development, effectiveness, and improvement.

In addition to the executive search firm and global talent development platform, Mike furthers his leadership influence through The Unconventional Leadership Podcast.  The podcast was launched in 2018 to address the challenges leaders encounter daily, covering topics from team optimization to fostering inclusive cultures, dealing with stress and mental barriers, to combating the unique challenges faced by all of us every day. These engaging episodes have garnered over 80,000+ downloads from leaders across 80+ countries, firmly establishing the podcast in the top 2% of global leadership podcasts. Mike is married to his high school sweetheart. They have three very active children engaged in school, sports, and extracurricular activities. Mike loves to hike, ruck/backpack, cycle, and exercise. He is deeply committed to his Faith and leading and loving people well, as Jesus loved.
