Mike Sipple Jr., president of Centennial Talent Strategy and Executive Search and founder of the Talent Magnet Institute™, has been named the inaugural recipient of the Horizon Award, presented by Horizon Community Funds. The award recognizes the extraordinary contributions of an individual who 
exemplifies dedication, integrity, and honorable service to Northern Kentucky through community leadership. Sipple is being recognized for sharing his time, talents and expertise to serve the public good, and for his significant contributions to the Northern Kentucky community. Sipple will receive the award at the Northern Kentucky Chamber’s Annual Dinner on September 20, taking place from 5 pm – 8:30 pm at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. The event will highlight not only Sipple and other award winners, but also the great efforts the Chamber has made in the past year. Registration is available online at www.nkychamber.com/events.
